Sharing my hotel room workouts that require zero equipment. If you are not a fan of the gym, then a workout buddy may be a good idea to motivate you to go exercise. Gyms like Planet Fitness or Anytime Fitness have plans that allow you to visit their various gyms wherever they are located. So if you are away from home, you’ll never have to miss a workout.
